- Alberta Forest & Garden currently has an opening for a Retail sales and parts representative to assist in the Showroom and parts Counter in their fast paced environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Outdoor Power Equipment Industry Experience an asset, but having a positive attitude is most important!
- Self-motivated & ability to work as a Team member and individual tasks when needed
- Excellent communicator with both customers and colleagues
- Organized, & have excellent problem solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel an asset
- Able to work shiftwork or full-time, alternating weekends and alternating stat holidays
- Must have own Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in store, email and over the phone
- Responsible for providing quotes to customers on various Outdoor Equipment
- Helping Customers in the decision making process with various outdoor equipment eg. Chainsaws/Lawnmowers/Lawn tractors/Snow blowers/Grass trimmers & Landscaping hand tools * Sales Training provided in store and online
- Updating Inventory files on company website when needed (Website experience is not needed but is an asset)
- Re stock new or current products and Maintain Showroom Organization
- Processing orders and finalizing payments on POS machines
