We are a deck and fence company generating consistent residential leads across Mississauga, Brampton, and Vaughan, and we're looking for reliable subcontractors to fulfill the work. We handle all the marketing, client communication, and booking — you focus purely on quoting and building.
What We Provide

What You'll Do
- Visit clients to provide quotes within 48 hours of receiving a lead
- Build and install decks and fences to a high standard
- Communicate professionally and reliably with our team throughout each project
Requirements
- Proven experience building decks and fences
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Available to quote jobs within 48 hours
- Responsive, professional communication
- Covers Mississauga, Brampton, and/or Vaughan
- Liability insurance preferred
How It Works
This is a commission-based subcontract role. You receive the lead, quote the job, and complete the work. You only pay a commission once you've been paid by the client — zero risk on your end.
