As a Stylist at LORDON, you'll act as a trusted fashion consultant, helping clients discover pieces that reflect their personal style and lifestyle needs. You'll build genuine relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and contribute to a welcoming and inspiring store environment.
What You'll Do
Client Service & Styling Expertise
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every client.
- Engage with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and wardrobe goals.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and outfit inspiration.
- Stay current on fashion trends, product knowledge, and seasonal collections.
- Assist clients in coordinating complete looks, including accessories and finishing touches.
- Deliver attentive fitting room service by suggesting additional styles, sizes, and styling options.
Sales & Performance
- Drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Suggest complementary items and styling solutions to enhance purchases.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals.
- Share information about promotions, events, and new arrivals with clients.
Customer Experience & Relationship Building
- Deliver an elevated shopping experience that reflects the LORDON brand.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and personalized interactions.
- Encourage client loyalty through thoughtful follow-up and genuine connections.
- Ensure every client leaves feeling confident, valued, and excited to return.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging weekly social media content based on creative direction and inspiration provided by management.
- Style, film, and edit short-form content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Confidently appear on camera to showcase products, styling tips, new arrivals, and in-store experiences.
- Capture content that reflects the LORDON brand aesthetic and connects with our community.
- Stay current on social media trends, video formats, and creative best practices to help keep content fresh and engaging.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with receiving, processing, tagging, and replenishing merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor sets.
- Participate in store events, product launches, and special promotions.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and leadership to support daily operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and energetic team culture.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for fashion, styling, and helping women feel confident.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
- Comfortable being on camera and representing the LORDON brand.
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content for social media (CapCut, Canva, or similar editing platforms is an asset).
- A creative eye for styling, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Applicants may be asked to provide examples of previous content creation or social media work as part of the interview process.
