Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B Pressure Rig Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating high-pressure equipment components with precision and safety in mind. Your expertise in various welding techniques, mechanical understanding, and ability to interpret schematics will be essential to ensure the quality and integrity of our pressure rigs. Duties
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately assemble parts and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools and measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality standards.
- Rig up components using appropriate rigging techniques, ensuring safety during lifting and assembly processes involving cranes or forklifts.
- Conduct welding inspections using visual checks and basic math calculations to confirm weld quality meets pressure vessel standards.
- Assist with mechanical assembly and basic construction tasks related to pressure rig manufacturing projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with rigging procedures, crane operation, forklift handling, and use of hand tools and power tools.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to welds, tolerances, and component fitting.
- Experience working with welding safety standards specific to pressure vessels or high-pressure systems.
- Construction experience or background in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $110.00-$120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 per week
