As a Cashier/Customer Service Associate at our construction services company, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing payments, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Your role will involve handling transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide product and service information, guiding customers through the options available based on their construction needs.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, escalating them to management when needed.
- Assist with data entry related to customer orders, payments, and other records.
- Accurately handle cash and provide correct change to customers.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and handle payment documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
- A positive attitude, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
