ABOUT US
The Hughes Real Estate Team is a small, established team serving Orangeville, Caledon and surrounding communities. We’re known for honest advice, creative marketing, strong communication and providing an excellent client experience.
We’re looking for an organized, proactive administrator who can become a key part of our day-to-day operation. This is more than a task-based assistant position—we need someone who takes ownership, notices what needs attention and keeps things moving without constant direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate listings from preparation through launch, sale and closing Prepare paperwork, MLS listings, FINTRAC documents and trade records Coordinate photography, video, floor plans, signs, lockboxes and marketing materials Track conditions, deposits, deadlines, appointments and closing dates Communicate with clients, agents, lawyers, suppliers and Royal LePage administration Maintain our CRM, calendars, checklists and internal systems Assist with social media, email marketing and listing promotion Help improve and document our standard operating procedures Anticipate upcoming needs and help keep the team organized

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous real estate administration or transaction coordination experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with MLS/REALM, WebForms, FINTRAC, Follow Up Boss, Mailchimp, Canva or social media platforms would be an asset.
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
This is a primarily in-office position in Orangeville. Regular hours are M-F, with occasional flexibility for time-sensitive real estate matters.
Compensation: $50,00, plus bonuses, based on experience and qualifications.
