Lead Installer / Independent Installer
Location: GTA / Various Job Sites

Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with flexibility for evening work

Job Overview
We are looking for a Lead Installer / Independent Installer to join our team. While this role includes lead responsibilities, we are also open to experienced installers who can work independently, take initiative, and complete projects without constant supervision.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, reliable, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
Responsibilities
- Lead or independently complete commercial/furniture installation projects
- Read and understand drawings, plans, and work orders
- Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and related products
- Use common hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, trades, and site personnel
- Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Identify and resolve installation issues independently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete required installation paperwork and reports
- Protect customer property and maintain professional customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in installation, furniture installation, carpentry, renovation, or construction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Good understanding of measurements and basic arithmetic
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Reliable and willing to travel to various job sites
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Leadership experience is an asset but not mandatory
Schedule & Flexibility
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Some projects require evening work when client offices are closed
- Evening work typically finishes by 10:00 PM
- No third-shift work
- Flexibility is essential
