Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff will be essential in delivering high-quality service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with food preparation and bartending duties as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Wine/Cocktail/ & Bar Experience Crucial for this role
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- 2 years Previous experience in an a casual dining restaurant.
- Wine/Cocktail/ & Bar Experience Crucial for this role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
