We specialize in fast, reliable installation and removal of real estate signs, open-house materials, toppers, lockboxes, directional signs, and more. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented installer to join our team.
Position Overview
The Sign Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing real estate signage at residential and commercial properties. The role includes driving, light physical labour, customer service, and working efficiently in all seasons. This team member will represent the brand on the road and on-site, ensuring each installation meets our Perfect Fit Promise standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Install for-sale signs, commercial signs, toppers, riders, directional signs, and lockboxes at designated properties.
- Follow daily routes efficiently and communicate delays or issues.
- Ensure all signs are straight, secure, visible, and compliant with municipal by-laws.
- Conduct complimentary fixes and adjustments as needed.
- Manage and organize inventory of posts, panels, riders, toppers, and hardware.
- Take before/after photos for documentation and quality control.
- Communicate professionally with clients (agents) when needed.
- Report damaged, missing, or vandalized signage promptly.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean, functional condition.
- Work safely in all weather conditions and follow company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid G-class driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a company van in all seasons.
- Able to lift 40–60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail — alignment, orientation, and placement matter.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round (heat, cold, snow, rain).
- Experience with tools (hammer, mallet, drill, level) is an asset.
- Previous field service, delivery, or trades experience is an asset but not required.

Work Schedule
- Friday-Saturday daytime hours (possibly more weekday hours depending on availability)
- Weather-dependent flexibility required during extreme conditions
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $22–$26/hr (depending on experience)
- Performance incentives available
- Paid mileage if using personal vehicle (rare but possible)
