ServiceNow Developer - North America (Remote)

Responsibilities
Activation and configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
Development of flows, workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications.
Develop external application integration using Integration Hub, APIs, Service Graph
Utilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation
Perform system and integration testing using Test management 2.0 and ATF
Delivery effective business and operating models, ITIL capabilities, and enterprise ITBM and ITOM implementation specializing in Demand PPM
Development of ServiceNow custom applications from inception to completion to automate and improve processes.
Proactively learn new concepts and technologies in the event analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Ability to drive and lead conversations in regards to overall objectives with both current and future goals and technologies.
Assist with identifying, building, and executing strategic and tactical ServiceNow capabilities focused on ITSM/ ITBM / ITOM/ HR running technology as a business model circled around planning, development, capability design, continuous improvements, communication plans, project quality and investment prioritization for a large enterprise operation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms.
Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand format
Evaluating interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of the overall system.
Assist with the development of enterprise and program level dashboards.
Qualifications
A college degree with a B.S. in a computer-related field is preferred, B.A. (with applicable experience) may be acceptable
5+ years of experience of implementing various ServiceNow products
Ability to work in both a formal SDLC environment, as well as an Agile environment
ServiceNow Developer and at least one Implementation certification is a must
Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow for large organizations
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) experience (Required)
Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
Experience implementing Service Catalog, CMS, Integrations with LDAP and other applications external to ServiceNow
Experience in installation and configuration of MID-Servers for various needs ITOM, Security, Integrations
Familiarity with User Interface Design and User Experience concepts
Forward thinking individual that has a balance of practical hands-on technical experience but is also capable of accurately and convincingly championing organization changing ServiceNow deliverables.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills using English language
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Effective in communicating technical concepts to non-technical staff and business concepts/requirements to technical staff.
Ability to resolve problems with minimal management assistance, escalating when appropriate.
Strong collaboration skills with remote stakeholders and teammates to support global business needs and ensuring enterprise alignment.
Preferred Qualifications include
Experience and certification in Event Management; Discovery; Project Portfolio
Knowledge of and experience with Postman, Soap/REST APIs
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Agile 2.0, Test Management and Automated Testing Framework
Experience of highly-regulated environments
Experience with Cloud-based services and/or network technologies
