Overview:
Join our team at Canadian Tire as a Warehouse Associate. We are seeking an individual who is available for a flexible schedule, capable of lifting 35-40 lbs, and has a sharp attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately place incoming inventory items
- Conduct inventory controls to uphold high standards for audits
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
Requirements:
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (35-40 lbs)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Team player with a positive outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations
- Forklift certification
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Regular lifting and carrying of merchandise
- Bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to use ladders and stairs while handling merchandise
- Supportive and positive team environment
