This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable person with excellent customer service skills. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys working with students, staff, and the public.

You will be providing a broad range of administrative, financial and student-centered services including, managing the units financial processes, providing budget supports; working with College services & supports, external agencies, and responding to a variety of College and housing inquiries. You will also be coordinating the application and admission process for campus housing and managing housing move ins and outs.

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with related administrative post-secondary education and demonstrated ability to prioritize in a dynamic and fast paced environment with competing priorities. You will have significant experience working independently in an office environment where you have created innovative office procedures and will have excellent conflict resolution skills, sound judgement and strong bookkeeping/accounting skills.

Campus Housing is home to over 150 people. Our housing facilities are located within a five-minute walk to classes, an athletic facility, library, dining, and outdoor facilities. Yukon College offers student housing options for families, couples, multi-student groups and single occupancy. The Campus Housing team works to support students in their success. Students who live on campus have opportunities to learn new skills, consider different ideas, discover new aspects of themselves and explore new cultures.
