Duties:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with budgeting and financial report writing
- Handle governmental accounting tasks, including compliance and reporting
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Provide technical accounting support as needed
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends and variances
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry and calculations
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative assistant or related role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial report writing
- Experience in governmental accounting preferred
- Proficiency in account reconciliation techniques
- Technical accounting knowledge is a plus
- Ability to manage accounts receivable effectively
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis
- Excellent 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry
