We’re looking for a true people person who prioritizes health and safety while leading the receiving, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional quality.
As a key member of the team, reporting directly to our Distribution Center Director, you’ll drive performance goals, maintain accurate inventory, and help foster a safe and supportive environment.

What you will accomplish with us:
- Lead our Distribution Center: Oversee day-to-day operations at our brand-new Calgary distribution center in Rocky View County. This facility offers 150,000 sq. ft. of space and an additional 48,000 sq. ft. of outdoor storage, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop the Team: Coach, lead, and evaluate team members to achieve organizational goals while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Optimize Order Preparation: Ensure accurate and efficient order preparation, seamlessly coordinating with other warehouse activities.
- Maximize Resource Efficiency: Continuously improve resource allocation to streamline warehouse tasks and drive productivity.
- Employee Management: Address disciplinary matters, promote excellence, and encourage continuous improvement within the team.
- Work Schedule Management: Optimize and validate work schedules to meet operational demands.
- Ensure Policy Compliance: Enforce company policies, operational rules, and procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Foster Communication: Engage with the team through regular meetings to enhance communication, operational planning, and employee engagement.
- Health and Safety Focus: Maintain the highest workplace health and safety standards at all times.
- Implement Best Practices: Recommend and apply best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Play an active role in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to strengthen the team at our Calgary facility.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP and WMS software (experience with Infor is a plus).
- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving results and meeting customer needs.

- Relevant Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management (GOP) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Management Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience managing personnel across diverse profiles.
- Distribution Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the distribution field.
