About the Role
The successful team member will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our busy office. You will communicate with customers, respond to service requests, coordinate appointments, and work closely with our field team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping busy. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks throughout the day, communicating with customers and team members, keeping schedules organized, and helping ensure our customers receive timely and professional service.
The work can be fast-paced, so the ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure is important. No two days are the same, and you will be an important part of keeping our office and field operations moving.
