Growing Property Management company is looking to hire a Part time Administrative Assistant with Condominium Experience for 2-3 days (eventually could grow into full time) working partially from home and at times from the office located in Markham.
Responsible to provide and coordinate all administrative support required for the property management office.
Responsibilities: As delegated and may include:
Communication with Unit Owners
A/R duties include issuance of Statement of Charges to new tenants and collection of postdated cheques.
Tracing and pursuit of accounts in arrears.
Preparation and Issuance of Notices issued to Unit Owners upon completion of annual operation budget.
Issuance and collection of year-end operating expense statements.
Obtain and maintenance of commercial tenant proof of insurance.
General admin and support, which includes typing letters, copying, filing, emailing, etc.
Property Information Sheets (PIS)
Tenant Information Sheets (TIS)
On Call Information with Message Centre
On Call Binders
Work Binders – Residential
o Reception Coverage as required.
o Perform credit checks.
o Schedule meetings.
o Utility tracking.
o Other duties as assigned.
Previous experience with condominiums
Excellent English communication skills
Very good computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
