Joshua Creek Furniture is a thriving furniture & home decor store in Oakville, ON. We have been in business for 28 years and we primarily sell high quality, Canadian Made, custom furniture. We are known for exceptional customer service and most of our customers are repeat and referral. We have an opening for a warehouse & delivery person to join our team. We are looking for someone who can assist in our warehouse, assist with deliveries and help our service manager.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse & Delivery Person at Joshua Creek Furniture in Oakville, ON. The role involves tasks such as receiving furniture, general maintenance of store & warehouse, coordinating delivery appointments, assisting with deliveries and assisting our service manager. This position pays $26-$28 per hour to start.
Qualifications
- Drivers license
- Clean drivers abstract
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting and moving furniture
- Attention to detail and accuracy in receiving
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a warehouse or delivery role is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
