We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. This position is based in Nunavut and is an excellent opportunity for an Aesthetician seeking career growth. Candidates must be willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare, body treatments, and beauty services to enhance our clients' appearance and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, lash and brow services and other aesthetic services.
- Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions and massage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to clients based on their skin type and preferences
- Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring client satisfaction and comfort throughout treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and guest inquiries
- Upsell services and retail products to enhance client experience and increase revenue
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and ongoing maintenance for optimal results
- Support team efforts in creating a relaxing, professional environment that promotes repeat business
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product recommendations clearly
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize client engagement
- Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling and guest services management
- Skilled in body waxing, facials and or eyelash extensions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
