RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends.
- Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- May involve other responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- 1-2 year of retail experience specializing in beauty and skincare is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Open or flexible availability is preferred – must have weekend availability.
- Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.).
This is a seasonal position that will conclude at the end of the holiday season.
