Comfort Home Insulation & Roofing is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Construction Sales Representative to help homeowners improve the comfort, energy efficiency, and value of their homes.
This position starts at 3 days per week, with the opportunity to move into a full-time career as our company continues to grow.
If you enjoy meeting people, working both indoors and outdoors, and helping customers find the right solutions, we would like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
- Perform attic, garage, basement, and roofing inspections.
- Measure attics, garages, and roofing projects accurately.
- Identify insulation deficiencies, ventilation issues, air leaks, and roofing concerns.
- Recommend the best solutions based on the customer's needs.
- Prepare professional estimates and quotations.
- Explain products, installation methods, warranties, and financing options (if applicable).
- Follow up with customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project completion.
- Represent Comfort Home professionally at all times.

Qualifications
Required
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable working with homeowners.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Able to operate truck and trailer
- Able to pass a criminal record check.
- Physically fit.
- Comfortable climbing ladders.
- Comfortable crawling through attics and confined spaces.
- Comfortable working on roofs when required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
Assets
- Construction sales experience.
- Roofing sales experience.
- Insulation experience.
- Residential construction experience.
- Experience measuring homes and roofing projects.
- Experience using estimating software.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of building envelopes and energy efficiency.
- Knowledge of Alberta building codes.
