We're searching for a Residential Property Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in management and have previously managed a portfolio however experience is not required. A licence with RECA is required and the applicant must be a licensed Property Manager.
Our company is looking for someone who can help oversee daily tasks, rent properties, complete paperwork, check in on units, have a basic understanding on repairs/maintenance, preform inspections and more.
Reports To:
The Company Director and Office Manager
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Advertise properties on the internet
- Schedule and preform showings to prospective tenants
- Screen Tenants thoroughly to confirm suitabily
- Conduct move in, regular and move out inspections
- Communicate regularly with tenants, owners and team members
- Deal with the maintenance companies
- Create and send leases, notices and other paperwork as needed
Qualifications:
- Must been a licensed Property Manager or have passed the Property Management exam
- Excellent communicator both on the phone and by email
- Proficiency in gmail, google docs & sheets
- Ability to problem solve and think logically
- Excellent English speaking and writing

Pay: $42,912.80-$94,434.46 per year
