With our head office located in Surrey, we are actively developing and constructing communities in Maple Ridge, Surrey, Langley, and Coquitlam.
We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated General Labourer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for individuals with construction experience who are looking to develop their skills and grow within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, setup, cleanup, and organization
- Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Support various trades, including framing, concrete, drywall, and finishing crews
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow all site safety policies and procedures
- Report hazards, deficiencies, or safety concerns to site supervision
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Perform general labour duties as required by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or general labour experience
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and job site safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets
