We’re looking for an organized, hands-on Parts, Fulfillment & Service Intake Associate to keep our parts, customer orders, and bike service workflow moving smoothly. You’ll receive and organize incoming stock, pick and ship Shopify orders, welcome service clients, coordinate with mechanics, and prepare job quotes.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments; verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory; keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Process and fulfill orders in Shopify, generate shipping labels, and coordinate couriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and freight.
- Track stock levels, run cycle counts, flag items for reorder, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate with clients and carriers regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and help keep daily parts and fulfillment operations running smoothly.
- Greet bike-service clients, complete service intake, document concerns, and collect relevant customer and bike information and complete sales
- Communicate clearly with clients about service needs, timelines, approvals, and completed work.
- Coordinate with mechanics to relay customer concerns, confirm required parts and labour, and keep service jobs moving.
- Prepare and explain service quotes; obtain customer approval before work begins.
- Update service records and help maintain an organized service schedule and workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, parts, order fulfillment, service advising, or customer service.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and working closely with mechanics.
- Experience with Shopify order fulfillment, service quoting, or similar software is an asset; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with computers, inventory systems, and data entry.
- Able to lift up to [25/50] lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Sales experience and customer service is an asset
- Knowledge of bikes, EVs, automotive, or electronic parts is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset.
