LG Fuels Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Truck Mechanic to join our team.
As an "on-the-road" mechanic, your work environment will be dynamic and mobile, working outdoors in various weather conditions and travel to remote settings.

Work Setting: Remote / Mobile (On the road – Frequent travel required)
Salary: $42.00 / hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Contract, Full-time
Schedule: Day, Early Morning, Morning, On Call, Weekend

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Inspection: Inspect and test mechanical and automotive units/motors in operation to locate faults and malfunctions.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components for commercial transport trucks and truck-trailer systems.
- Quality Assurance: Test and adjust repaired systems to exact manufacturer specifications.
- Collaboration: Review work orders and discuss findings with supervisors to determine optimal repair paths.
- Documentation: Complete detailed reports to record problems and work performed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 4 to 5 four years of work experience as truck mechanic
- Licence & Travel: Valid driver’s licence and own transportation (frequent/constant travel to various work locations is required).
- Tools: Must provide own steel-toed safety boots.
- Physical Capabilities: Strong manual dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Work Environment Comfort: Ability to work in environments that can be dusty, dirty, noisy, hot, or outdoors.
- Personal Suitability: Dependable, punctual, flexible, accurate, and safety-conscious with excellent judgment and a client-focused attitude.
