Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Respite Support Workers to provide essential care and assistance to children with diverse needs. This role involves offering temporary relief to primary caregivers by delivering personalized support in private homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in ASD care, child care.. Duties
- Provide compassionate caregiving support to clients with diverse needs, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Support clients during recreational activities and social engagement to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams regarding client status and needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in caring of children with disabilities and ASD is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach toward clients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols for safety and quality of care.
- Basic skills in meal preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean environment are preferred.

Pay: $17.20-$27.92 per hour
