Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
As a CNC Machinist, you will read and interpret blueprints to execute daily machining tasks, with a strong focus on producing high-precision aerospace components. You will set up machines and perform basic troubleshooting independently to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints for precision machining tasks.

Set up machines and perform basic troubleshooting.

Operate mills and lead a team of machinists.

Ensure precision in machine operations using micrometers and calipers.
Essential Skills
-
5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.

Proficient in either: CNC Milling/CNC Lathe/CNC Mill-Turn/CNC Grinding
-
5+ years of consistent experience in blueprint reading.

Extensive experience with GD&T.
-
Experience in aerospace, nuclear, and medical device industries.

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art machine shop with 70% brand new machines. Choose from Morning, afternoon or night shifts, Monday-Thursday, with weekend shifts available. The dress code is standard for a professional machine shop.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
