Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed information on recommended services
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs, enhancing their vehicle’s performance and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records of all financial exchanges
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the service process
- Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service, fostering trust and loyalty
Qualifications
- Previous experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to confidently discuss vehicle issues with customers and technicians
- Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Proven experience in looking up, sourcing and purchasing parts.
- Ability to use Pace Software for workorders and invoices
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge to ensure parts are billed to jobs and tracked for accountant
- Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Experience in sales within an automotive setting is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions
- Basic understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, and shop operations.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
