Overview

In this energetic role, you'll engage in hands-on building activities, assist skilled tradespeople, and contribute to a variety of projects ranging from commercial to residential structures. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support accurate execution of tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
- Perform tasks such as concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to help build durable structures.
- Install drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, and other interior finishes with precision.
- Support carpentry activities including framing, cabinet installation, and trim work.
- Conduct basic maintenance on tools and equipment; ensure job sites are clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members on electrical, plumbing, welding, restoration, and other specialized tasks as needed.
- Assist in the application of caulking, painting, masonry repairs, or concrete finishing to meet project specifications.
Experience
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, or construction estimating is a plus.
- Skills in using hand tools, power tools, drywall installation, tile laying or flooring installation are advantageous.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation or electrical experience will set you apart.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential.

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
