We are seeking an exceptional Senior Copywriter to craft compelling, high-impact copy that captivates and converts across all platforms. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of & connection to brand advertising and product marketing, with a proven track record of delivering consistently powerful messaging. Experience in the apparel world is a plus.
About the Role:
As our Senior Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for driving the tone of voice across all brand touchpoints, from e-commerce (PDPs, home page messaging) and emails to advertising campaigns and social media. You will craft original, breakthrough copy that captures new customers, drives engagement, and contributes to brand loyalty. You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and work closely with the creative, marketing, and PR teams, e-commerce specialists, and product teams to ensure cohesive and compelling storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-impact, original copy for digital, traditional, and product marketing platforms, including website content, email campaigns, digital ads, social media, print advertisements, and video scripts
- Champion and ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels, from product pages to high-converting ad copy
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, PR, and product teams to create integrated campaigns that align with brand objectives
- Work closely with e-commerce specialists to optimize product detail pages (PDPs) and home page messaging for conversion
- Work closely with our social team, mentoring and monitoring consistency in TOV
- Translate technical product details into clear, user-friendly content that is compelling and easy to understand
- Ensure every piece of copy is meticulously edited to reflect the brand’s core values and messaging strategy
- Adapt the brand voice to various platforms while maintaining a consistent, strategic tone across all campaigns and assets
Requirements:
- 8+ years of creative copywriting experience, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house brand work (experience in the apparel industry preferred)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement brand voice guidelines
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Resilient and flexible in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience presenting ideas and building consensus within teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to take a project from concept through to activation
- A passion for creating high-powered, results-driven messaging

- Conversion Rate: Measure the impact of copy on conversion rates across campaigns
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): Track the effectiveness of ads in capturing audience attention
- Engagement: Monitor audience interaction with ad copy through likes, shares, and comments
- Sales Figures: Assess the influence of ad copy on sales performance
- Consistency: Maintain adherence to brand voice guidelines across 100% of content
