The Human Resources Specialist provides comprehensive, client-focused human resources support to Facilities Management, partnering with leaders, employees, and union representatives to achieve organizational effectiveness and success in a fast-paced and diverse operational environment. The role leads and supports recruitment, employee and labour relations, performance management, and HR process improvement activities while ensuring compliance with FM objectives, relevant legislation, collective agreements, University of Western policies and strategies, and HR best practices.
