Lakeridge Auto Gallery is looking to hire a full-time Junior Accounting Administrator.
We are a growing group of automotive dealerships seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounting Administrator to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and structured processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily accounting activities across multiple dealership locations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as required
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Prepare payments after reconciling vendors’ statements, if required
- Following up on disputed items with vendors and internal departments
- Process timely payments as per the payment terms
- Send weekly AR reports and follow up with the Service and Parts department managers on subsequent collection
- Post daily licensing and fuel
- Enter and balance cash invoices
- Process cheque requisitions and mail cheques upon approval
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting
- Maintain organized filing of financial records and documentation
- Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient with: Microsoft Office (Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel skill required)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Pleasant, polite, and professional
- May be required to work up to a 48 hours week at the end of the month
