Meridian Farm Market is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position working directly under our Facilities Manager to keep our retail stores and central warehouse running smoothly.

What We Offer
- Salary Range: $54,000 - $70,000 per year, dependent on capability and experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, inspections, and property repairs across all retail locations and our warehouse.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance program tasks on a variety of operational equipment.
- Diagnose breakdowns and execute timely equipment repairs to keep operations running efficiently.
- Handle basic carpentry and woodwork tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
Requirements & Valued Assets
- 5+ years previous experience in building facilities or commercial equipment maintenance.
- High mechanical aptitude and proficiency using hand and power tools.
- Carpentry experience (Asset)
- Electrical experience (Asset)
- Kitchen equipment repair experience (Strong Asset)
- Refrigeration experience (Major Asset)
- Valid driver's license to operate the provided company work vehicle.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
- Focus on safety and efficiency.
