Position Summary
Our employer partner is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashiers/Servers to join their bagel bakery team. The successful candidates will provide excellent customer service, accurately process orders and payments, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the cash register and process payments
- Serve bagels, baked goods, beverages, and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and workstations
- Restock products and supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Cash handling and POS system experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Flexible availability for various shifts

Pay: $17.60 per hour
