**Job Description:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of West Coast Clouds, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vaping products and accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Stay updated on the latest vaping trends and product offerings
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs
- Ensure strict compliance with all legal regulations regarding the sale of vaping products
**Requirements:**
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for vaping and knowledge of vaping products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- MUST be at least 19 years of age
