Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Seeking a Skilled Metal Finisher / Polishing Technician
We are looking for a detail-oriented Metal Finisher / Polishing Technician with experience in plastic injection mold and die cast polishing to join our team. If you take pride in precision work and producing high-quality finishes, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform finishing operations including grinding, sanding, and polishing to achieve high-quality cosmetic and functional finishes.
- Polish mold cavities and related components to required specifications.
- Perform media blasting and other surface finishing processes as required.
- Inspect surfaces and correct defects to meet quality standards.
Essential Duties
- Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, clean, and polish metal components.
- Apply specified surface finishes to mold components using abrasives and polishing tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the polishing area.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of polishing tools and supplies.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Metal Finisher or with plastic injection mold or die cast polishing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to safely use polishing and finishing tools.
