Job Description
Clariva Nettoyage Inc. is looking for motivated and professional Sales Representatives to help us promote our cleaning services and develop new clients.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with people, presenting services, and building client relationships. The role is commission-based, which means your income depends on the clients you bring to the company.
Clariva Nettoyage offers residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, regular, and deep cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential clients by phone, email, social media, in person, or through networking
- Present Clariva Nettoyage’s cleaning services to potential clients
- Identify client needs and recommend the appropriate cleaning services
- Follow up with leads and interested prospects
- Help convert potential clients into booked cleaning services
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Represent Clariva Nettoyage Inc. in a positive and professional manner
- Report leads, client information, and follow-up status to the company
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with potential clients
- Motivated, autonomous, and results-oriented
- Professional attitude and good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry is an asset
- Bilingual French/English is an asset
Compensation
This is a commission-based position.
Commission is paid for each new client who books and pays for a cleaning service with Clariva Nettoyage Inc.
There is no fixed hourly salary. Earnings depend on performance and the number of clients successfully referred or acquired.
