Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dance Teacher specializing in RAD Ballet to join our dance academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ballet instruction, experience working with children from 3 to adult, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young dancers and help them develop their technical skills and love for dance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging RAD Ballet classes tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate proper technique, artistry, and musicality
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students to thrive creatively and technically
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help improve their skills
- Prepare students for performances or exams as appropriate
Qualifications
- Proven experience teaching ballet, preferably with RAD certification or equivalent training
- Strong tutoring and teaching skills with the ability to work effectively with children of various ages
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that inspire young dancers
