Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join as Trainees, focusing on building job-ready skills, completing required safety certifications, and engaging in structured support to secure employment across industrial and service sectors.
What’s the Job?
- Participate in structured workforce preparation activities aligned with current job market demands
- Complete role-specific safety certifications required by employers (such as CSO, H2S Alive, WHMIS, First Aid, and others depending on job pathways)
- Receive hands-on guidance to prepare for worksite expectations and safety compliance
- Take part in mock interviews, resume development, and job search activities
- Collaborate with employment specialists to explore and pursue suitable job opportunities
- Attend scheduled workshops and support sessions aimed at strengthening employability
- Engage in job matching efforts to connect with potential employers
What’s Needed?
- Resident of Alberta
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Currently seeking employment or new career opportunities
- Willingness to complete required safety certifications based on industry needs
- Ability to participate in full-time structured employment preparation activities
- Strong motivation to secure and maintain employment
