The Team Manager - Maintenance will provide a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the Oakville Assembly Complex (OAC) leadership team, retooling and launching the new Final Assembly area and its maintenance workforce in support of Super Duty production.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience leading maintenance activities
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop employees
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Work flexible hours that may include nights, weekends, and overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other
- Advanced supervisory experience in high-speed manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Prior leadership experience in a unionized workforce
