Overview of the opportunity:
The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Talent Attraction team builds high-impact teams across multiple disciplines and business lines supporting a rapid pace of growth at KPMG. We believe in creative and innovative approaches to candidate engagement while having a deep care for candidate experience, diversity and inclusion.

We are currently looking for a Campus Recruitment Manager to plan and execute the campus activities for undergraduate and graduate recruitment supporting our Management Consulting (MC) practice in the GTA. This role offers exciting opportunities and rewarding experiences:

What you will do:
Develop and execute a strategy to identify top Co-op, Intern and Graduate talent from campus to staff Management Consulting Engagement throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Work with the campus recruiting function nationally to standardize the Management Consulting process and align with overall KPMG approach to campus recruiting
Represent GTA's MC Practice on campus by engaging prospective students to participate in programs and events
Oversee and assist in the execution of the full cycle recruitment process (screen, interview, select, offer and onboarding) of intern, co-op and new graduate and in some instances, post-graduate hiring, including management of the full process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Work closely with the Workforce Optimization team and the business to set hiring targets and monitor entry - level staffing requirements to ensure resourcing needs are being met along with reporting on results
Partner closely with our business throughout the talent attraction process to provide consistent communication and incredible client service
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional Talent Attraction team to deliver on campus strategy
Monitor industry talent strategies and developments in broader campus recruitment best practices so that they can be adopted at KPMG
Perform lessons learned sessions post campus recruiting cycles with the business and national Management Consulting campus recruiters and provide recommendations to improve future process.

  • Some travel to attend events, information sessions, or training sessions is required
  • At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
What you bring to this role:
3+ years of campus recruitment experience
You will bring strong project management and high attention to detail to the role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship building skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work cooperatively with people who have a diverse range of skills, styles and approaches.
Highly motivated, with ability to deal with multiple priorities and activities; strong time management skills and ability to work within deadlines and under pressure.
Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions and networking
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to deal with sensitive information.
