TELUS Business Solutions is evolving how we build, launch, and scale Managed Services for our B2B customers. As the Senior Product Manager – Managed Services, you will own the Managed Services platform and be responsible for standardizing capabilities across the platform to enable faster onboarding of new offerings, consistent service delivery, and scalable monetization.
This role is focused on driving standardization, improving customer experience, and accelerating revenue growth across the Managed Services platform. You will also lead the introduction of AI-driven workflows and automation to improve product development, documentation, operational onboarding, and platform efficiency.
You will work across internal teams and external partners to integrate capabilities into a broader ecosystem that supports TELUS’ Managed Services strategy.
What you’ll do
Own the product vision, roadmap, and governance for the Managed Services platform
Standardize core platform capabilities across Managed Services to support consistent, scalable delivery
Partner with B2B Product Managers to onboard new offerings onto the platform in a repeatable and efficient way
Work across Technical Product, Sales, Operations, Network, Support, Finance, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes
Define and evolve product catalogs, product characteristics, and scalable service architecture
Own the financial model and business case development for the platform, including pricing, forecasting, investment planning, and revenue implications
Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and digital workflow optimization
Partner with Marketing teams to support go-to-market readiness and platform adoption
Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners to integrate partner capabilities into the broader platform model
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, operating models, and implementation plans
Qualifications
What you bring
7+ years of experience in telecommunications, technology, or B2B platform product management, with a strong track record of owning and scaling platforms
Strong background in product management, platform enablement, project delivery, or managed services
Experience working across complex, cross-functional teams and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders
Strong commercial and analytical skills, including ownership of business cases, financial models, pricing inputs, and forecasting
Experience with service-based, subscription-based, or platform-based business models
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Nice to have
Experience with TM Forum, eTOM, ITIL, or related frameworks
Experience with API-based platforms, cloud-native solutions, or XaaS/SaaS environments
Hands-on experience applying AI tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives to improve product delivery or platform operations
Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Education and certifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
MBA is an asset
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe are considered an asset
Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
