The Role:
We are seeking a Fully Licensed Veterinarian in British Columbia to join our team on a part-time. This role is designed for a clinician who excels in the exam room, focusing on high-level medical diagnostics and triage. The focus is on medical consultations, diagnostics, triage, and case management.
While the position begins as shift-based coverage, it has strong potential to evolve into a consistent, routine part-time schedule for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and medical consultations
Develop diagnostic plans and interpret laboratory findings
Interpret radiographs and other imaging
Create and manage evidence-based treatment plans
Provide preventative care and client education
Maintain clear, accurate, and detailed medical records
Collaborate closely with our technicians and support team
Schedule & Practice Environment:
Flexible, shift-based structure – we are seeking a reliable partner to cover specific days or scheduled blocks
Modern, fully digital practice
Experience with ezyVet is highly preferred to ensure seamless digital hand-offs and efficient medical documentation
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
Licensed in British Columbia
Strong diagnostic and case management skills
Excellent communication and client education abilities
