Who We Are
Ronald McDonald House Canada is the national foundation of support for 37 program locations across the country, including 16 Ronald McDonald House programs and 21 Ronald McDonald Family Room programs. We work closely with McDonald’s Canada as our largest donor and founding & forever partner. Operating as an essential service in Canada, Ronald McDonald House programs support more than 32,000 families with sick children from over 2,900 communities in an average year. Ronald McDonald House surrounds families with the support and resources they need to stay at the heart of their child’s care.
The Opportunity
The Partnerships Supervisor plays a critical role in growing Ronald McDonald House Canada’s National Partnerships Program through two key streams: national Gift-in-Kind partnerships and a portfolio of corporate donors.
Reporting to the National Partnerships Manager, this role drives value, engagement, retention, and growth across the existing Gift-in-Kind and corporate donor portfolio, currently valued at more than $3M annually, with plans to grow to $4M in three years.
Working closely with 11 Regional Chapters and internal stakeholders, the Partnerships Supervisor delivers meaningful donor experiences, identifies growth opportunities, and builds a strong pipeline of support that advances RMHC Canada’s mission.
