FRENCH BILINGUAL HELP DESK

As French/English Bilingual Technical Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and work with staff across the company on software issues, providing guidance and first level technical support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Providing technical support for internal employees across Canada with computer related problems
* Service all inquiries with a high standard of quality and professionalism
* Troubleshoot problem calls of low to moderate complexity, isolating and diagnosing the problem and take corrective action
* Participate in individual & team meetings to discuss call monitoring feedback, training and development needs
* Fluently bilingual in French and English; strong communication skills
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a diverse customer service focused or technology role, with front line client service or help desk experience
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Proficiency with PC applications and software including: Windows XP applications, MS Outlook, MS Office, etc.
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting
