About the Role:
As a Clinic Admin, you’ll be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our multidisciplinary clinic. This dynamic role blends front desk coordination, retail sales, and behind-the-scenes support to ensure everything runs smoothly for our team and clients.
✅ Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Client Scheduling & Billing
Efficiently manage appointments, process payments, and support clients through their care journey with kindness and clarity.
- Shop Sales: Bracing & Supplies
Assist clients in selecting the right braces, supports, and rehab tools, and keep the retail area stocked and organized.
Support practitioners by turning over and resetting treatment areas between clients, ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming space every time.
- Clinic Maintenance & Supply Management
Help maintain a tidy and well-stocked clinic, including laundry, supplies, and general upkeep.
- Client Experience & Service
Greet clients, answer questions, and provide support with a friendly, client-first approach—because the experience matters as much as the care.
- Social Media & Content Creation
Assist in creating social media posts and promotional content aligned with the clinics brand

- A reliable, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working with clinic software (training provided)
- Kinesiology, customer service, or clinical setting experience is a bonus
- A genuine passion for supporting health and wellness

Position Details
Monday to Friday - shifts typically 12:30pm - close.
- 30-35 hrs/week
- $18- $20/hr.
