Work Schedule: 5 days per week in the office. Position is fully on-site and cannot accommodate remote work.
Hours per week: 40 (Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Employment Start Date (mm/dd/yyyy): As soon as possible.
Employment End Date (mm/dd/yyyy): Permanent position, with a 6-month or to be determined probationary period.
Job Description: Duties will include providing clerical support services, acting as secretary to and providing all support services for committees and events of The Hamilton Law Association, maintaining communications for the organization, general office and reception, assisting clients in the law library, handling cash, filing, and performing other duties as required.
Qualifications: Must be a flexible team player, personable, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with good telephone and writing skills, with an administration diploma or equivalent.
