Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Lead Experience Designer (Conceptual Design & Prototyping) to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $81.80 to $93.17 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with TDAM Business Executive and Journey Product Group Owners to understand the Asset Management landscape, TDAM's strategy, OKR's, and key initiatives
- Create high-quality user experience design deliverables, including but not limited to user personas, UX competitive assessments, journey maps, design principles, user experience sketches, storyboards, conceptual designs and prototypes, and experience strategy presentations
- Work ego-free and collaborate with experience strategy and user research design colleagues, through hands-on idea generation, conceptual design, and storytelling
- Participate in exploration and observational user research studies to uncover unarticulated customer needs and evaluate proposed concepts to ensure their usefulness
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business, product, and technology partners to ensure delivery of industry-leading experiences
- Promote cross-disciplinary collaboration by sharing knowledge, information, and subject matter expertise
- Ensure a holistic and integrated approach across Enterprise as appropriate
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design approaches/rationales
- Plan, facilitate and participate in multiple workshops and capturing outputs to ensure alignment and decision making
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as a lead experience designer
- 8+ years experience conceptualizing complex, transactional experiences at Enterprise or consumer-focused companies
- A passion for design with proven experience in product and service design, including a proficiency in customer-centric, data-informed product design and development; A desire to make a strong impact and tackle big and challenging initiatives
- A solid understanding of all creative disciplines (experience strategy, design research, interaction design, visual design, copywriting)
- Skilled at conflict resolution and negotiation, persuading and influencing others to reach a shared understanding and consensus
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Figma experience
