Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Dispose of trash and maintain waste management protocols
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of client spaces
Skills
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper usage techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism at all times
