Position Summary
The District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple locations within the Montréal region, ensuring strong operational performance, sales growth, and consistent customer experience. This role provides leadership to branch/store managers, drives execution of company standards, and ensures all locations meet financial and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and support a team of store/branch managers across multiple locations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure performance standards are met
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing management talent
- Foster a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and performance
Sales & Business Performance
- Deliver district-wide sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective action plans
- Identify growth opportunities within each location
- Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure consistent execution of operational policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and cost control
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Manage district budgets and financial reporting
Customer Experience
- Ensure all locations deliver high-quality customer service
- Handle escalated customer issues when needed
- Drive improvements in customer satisfaction scores
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategy
- Implement company initiatives across all district locations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Montréal region
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel regularly within the district
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred for Montréal-based roles

Pay: $65,500.00-$90,220.00 per year
