This position plays a critical role in ensuring our technicians are where they need to be, customers stay informed, and service calls are completed efficiently. The right candidate will become an important part of our daily operations and have opportunities to grow within the company.
What You'll Do
- Manage technician routes and daily schedules
- Coordinate emergency and priority service requests
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules throughout the day
- Maintain accurate customer and work order information
- Support service managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with customer follow-up and service-related inquiries
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or office administration is preferred
- Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry is an asset
